If it’s your curiosity and drive for growth that brought you here- virtual fist bump!

My inspiration for creating Epic Beings came from a growing realisation that every individual has a part to play in the overall narrative of how our world is constructed.

I genuinely believe that at our core, each of us are truly epic but we often just get lost in our ways, with the ‘stories’ we buy into, the conditioning that carries on from one generation to the next and our self-inflicted limiting beliefs. It’s no surprise that all of this baggage ends up holding us back from living life to our truest potential and I say this from my own experience.

Through a major part of my teens, I felt paralysed by fear as a result of which I was stuck in a vicious cycle of self-sabotaging patterns. The traditional model of schooling failed me, with the whole emphasis on defining ‘intellect’ through marks and consequently facing the brunt of humiliation, on not knowing all the answers all the time. This made me conclude that I was insignificant and mediocre, ‘so why bother doing anything at all?’ If you have felt anything like this, at any point of time, trust me you’re not alone.

I got trapped in my comfort zone, sticking to what made me feel safe and dreading the unknown. I started winging it through life with no desire to be seen or heard let alone making a mark! Needless to say I ended up with a series of missed opportunities, one after another, before I finally had my wake- up call.

On the bright side, during my recent tenure in the family business, I led the Human Capital function, a major crux of which involved attracting high quality talent and building a high value driven culture.
This experience of managing people reinforced the fact that we’ve all got our quirks in some form or the other and just how important having a strong foundation is, which ultimately boils down to Mindset. Fortunately, it dawned on me that it’s never too late to rewire yourself, as long as you’re willing and are open to new possibilities! And so I found my calling….

My fascination with brain science as well as my love for people and the human psyche has led me to explore areas such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Spiritual Psychology, Psychotherapy and Energy Healing. Holistic living it is!

Given the power of collective growth, I am now in pursuit of serving you and am psyched for you to embark on this journey.
